Must have 8 bit/Mario emblem.
MUST BE DECENTLY GOOD AT MW2.

looking at the criteria...i thought about changing the rules a little bit.

Instead of Just the 8-bit Price, we can narrow it down to something just of Price, wether it be regular, gulag price, or 8-Bit...tell me what you guys think
